My Jewish grandmother, Bubbie Mary seemed to have a secret ingredient in everything she would make. What was the secret ingredient? It was her love for her family and her passion for food.
The dishes we offer are recipes that have been handed down from my Grandmother to my Aunt, Father and then to me. My hope is that you will enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy creating them for you. This journey began when I would take some of these dishes to potlucks or parties. My friends, coworkers and family kept asking, “Why are you not making these for sale??” After hearing this comment time and time again, I decided to take a risk and opened Bubbie’s Love Blintzes & Things!
This later morphed into Bubbie’s Love Deli & Catering. I found someone who was looking to rent out his kitchen and after talking with him we decided to merge our ideas and create one restaurant that is two venues in one location. He has since retired and I have taken over the entire operation. We now have breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering!
